Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will operate with complete integrity. He or she will benefit from a background in Education, Daycare, Sports Program Management, or martial arts, dance, or gymnastics school experience.
A franchise owner, in general, should have strong sales abilities, high personal standards, and some experience in management.
