KINDERDANCE announces a kids yoga program INSPIRING MOVEMENT AWARENESS IN CHILDREN AGES 3-12

Kids yoga, brought to you by Kinderdance, is a sub program of Kindermotion.  The kids yoga program is available for children age groups 3-5 with a 30 minute class and ages 6-12 with a 45 minute class. Children get Energized, Stretch, Strengthen, and Relax during the 30-45 minute class.  Parents, children, and teachers will enjoy the child friendly music, fun fitness, playful movements, stretch and strengthening components, and calming/cool down.
